Named one of Bon Appétit's Best New Restaurants of 2026 and recognized by Robb Report, and USA TODAY. Junior is a restaurant on Dickerson Pike in East Nashville, a few minutes from downtown and a world away from Broadway, where classic fine dining meets playful creativity.

The menu is anchored in Basque style open flame grilling, executed with refined French technique and shaped by the best ingredients our farmers and fishmongers can offer. Every dish reflects intentionality and restraint, with a creativity rooted in respect for both the ingredients and the culinary traditions that inspire us.

Our bar and wine program follows suit: thoughtful, minimal intervention producers, classic profiles alongside unexpected finds, and plenty of room to play.

The space is intimate, with about 50 seats including the bar, designed with lacquered wood, parquet floors, deep red leather banquettes, hi fi sound, and soft lighting. It is warm, elegant, and just a bit offbeat.

We serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday, 5pm to 10pm, and we are closed Monday and Tuesday. There is a free parking lot on site.
